How long does it take to receive my purchase?

After the order is processed it’s about 2-3 business days.  All of the orders are processed from the oldest to newest. These are handmade products so order processing can take up to 5 days.

What do I do if my item shows up damaged?

If you receive your package and it is damaged in transit, please send us an email at info@rfideezy.com
Please include the following information within your email:

  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Photo of package
  • Description of damage

Once we receive your email we will review and take necessary steps to correct the issue.

What is the return policy/warranty and what does it cover?

In the event that you are unhappy with your product, it can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. In order to process a return, reach out to us at info@rfideezy.com and once approved we will send you a shipping label to return.

We are only accepting Credit/Debit cards at the current time.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is determined when you check out. All international customs taxes and fees are additional and generally charged when the item is delivered. If you’re ordering internationally it is a good idea to reach out to your customs office for information on fees and taxes.

How can I track my order?

A link to the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the product ships.

How do I make a return? Do I have to pay to ship it back?

Returns are offered up to 30 days after delivery, and are made by emailing us at info@rfideezy.com. Please include your order number, which item(s) you’re returning, and a brief description. After review we will send you a shipping label to return free of charge.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Reach out to us at info@rfideezy.com with your order number, phone number, and a photo of damage and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
